Revenge Body A Toxic Syndrome !!




Revenge Body, a whole new concept that is considered admirable and is of acceptance in our society. whenever we feel the world around is changing, people are learning that Beauty lies in our thought.
We come up with something so bizarre that is appreciated by everyone. "Revenge Body".
I recently came along an article that was applauding and celebrating women that lost their weight in order to show off their former men what they lost. I mean are we sane or insane promoting such toxic content. These concept only masquerades and glamorizes in fact give solid fixation how our society idealizes skinniness and feminine body that should be in proportion to 36 24 36. And deeming that women should be skinny to have a fulfilling relationship because thick women can not keep their men forever. This type of concept is a subtle way of fat shaming and promoting fatphobia where we are telling people that you cannot have a prosperous relationship if you have a bigger body. Why we need to stigmatized relationships with how one looks. Why can't we love the people for who they are, such concepts are hazards to one's mind and soul that bring depression, anxiety and the feeling of not being worthy to be loved by someone just because you don't have a specific proportionate body to keep a man's interest like people grow up. And to all those who are spreading this toxicity stop, its good to stay healthy, eat a balanced diet but to give it a tag that girl you need to lose weight to show him what a gem he lost and to get him back is wrong, is irritating and disturbing at so many levels. Lose weight not because you want to show it off, lose weight to stay healthy cause you want it. If he is only interested in your body then he ain't the one for you. Real men love with all their heart and aren't to shallow to leave you just because you don't look your best. Love should be easy and accepting of each other. Revenge body is idiotic, and people celebrating such concepts are not in their right minds as they are spreading a message poisonous enough to destroy a young girl's perception about love, about her body, about everything she sees beauty in.

              LOVE YOUR BODY, YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY SHAPE AND SIZE

Trauma Bonded Relationship !

 2022 has been the most amazing year, it made me realize a number of things. Opened my eyes to the abuse i was blind to see and acknowledge.  I promised myself when i entered 2022, i would not indulge or be involved in anything that makes me lose my self worth, is dangerous to my mental health. But i failed miserably and ended up getting my heart and my mind crushing.  Not only i lost the dream or should i say an illusion of an image i was holding onto but i believe God needed me to see my worth and made me understand how i can restore my peace by just letting go.  I preached in my blogs but i felt like an hypocrite as i never actually implemented the same on my life.
